We use high-tech secure packing technique to pack the products with 2 quality checks so chances of in transit damage are very rare ,We take extreme measures to ensure that customer order arrives in pristine condition.
In case of damaged products, return must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the problem. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be initiated. The order must be returned in their original boxes, and in their original packaging along with the bill.
Please follow these steps of damage:
1.If you have received damaged item, please contact immediately on our customer care numbers and mail on our mail (plastichindustan16@gmail.com) with picture of damage item.
2.If you registered a complaint after 24 hour of delivery of the damaged item, the company will not accept your issue.
3 Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
4.Once we receive your complaint, we will contact to you within 24 hour and solve your issue as soon as possible.
In case of cancelled order (before it is dispatched )our company will transfer the amount immediately; however it will still take 4-7 days for transaction.
Noted: Colors of the product ordered may vary from the once given in the photos on our website due to camera lighting.
